HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR GARMENTS?
You don’t have to worry about anything. A national transport company will arrive at your home at the agreed time, they will provide you with a plastic bag for you to put in your dirty clothes, it will be sealed in your presence and we will receive it at our centers. Once the contracted service has been carried out on your garments, they will be sent back to your home fully packed in special boxes specially designed for transporting clothes. The garments in turn, inside the box, are individually bagged and with their corresponding hanger ready to hang in your closet.
WHAT GUARANTEES DO WE OFFER?
All our services, your garments, are insured against unforeseen events. The home delivery service is made only with recognized multinational transport companies, which in turn insure them on the way. UrbanClean is an authorized operator in different El Corte Inglés, Supercor and Hipercor centers.
